We, the members of the Interracial Communications Project do hereby constitute ourselves an organization.
The name of this organization shall be Interracial Communications Project of Savannah State University. All official documents shall bear this name.
The organization will include sections such as : Preamble, Name, Purpose, Membership, Meetings, Finances, Advisor, and Amendments.
