Our Events  
We are always on "the move", organizing, fundraising, exchanging knowledge, growing spiritually, and traveling, BSWM is known for signature programs/events such as: MC Battle Royal, My Brothaz Home AIDS book Drive. Throughout the year BSWM organizes and facilitates an array of cultural, empowering and informativeprograms. Since January 2005 BSWM has facilitated or participated in programs such as; Kwanza 3675 Fest and Feast, Geegche Kunda Cultural Fest, The Malcolm X Festival, Atlanta Activist Feed the Hungry, Black Heritage Festival, The Atlanta Film Festival, The Truth about HIV and AIDS, East Africa Tsunami Relief Fund, the Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund.

BSWM is a dedicated organization that has sacrificed and worked hard organizing numerous carwashes and hours fundraising to see events such as the "Million More Movement" com to fruition. On Saturday Oct 15th, 2005, over 50 SSU students and members of SSU's BSWM will attend the "Million More Movement" in Washington D.C., to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Million Man March. The purpose for this vital movement will be to inform, empower and mobilize those of the African Diaspora.

Seize the opportunity to demonstrate "Tiger Pride" (Revolutionary Style) while collectively embracing individuality. Help make an immediate difference on SSU's campus and the community - help our Black Students With a Mission in collaboration with like-minded organizations, motivate SSU in stabilizing the African American Community nationwide.
