President (a) To preside at meetings of the Chapter and act as chairman of the executive committee (b) To appoint chairmen and members of all committees not directly elected by the executive committee (c) Exercise general executive authority on behalf of the Chapter (d) To countersign all requisitions by the secretary for disbursement for the Chapter and its treasury (e) To counter sign all checks by the treasurer for disbursement from the Chapter treasury (f) To perform such other functions and exercise further duties as may be voted by the Chapter (g) To represent the Chapter on the Executive Committee of the local Branch (h) The president shall be an ex-officio member of all Chapter committees except the nominating committee.
