Customer Service Survey In Spring of 2007, the Auxiliary Services department coordinated a Customer Service Survey for students, which covered most of the non-academic services offered to our students throughout the university. The Executive Summary provides a description of the survey itself, and high-level results in each of the areas surveyed. The Full Summary of Results also provides a description of the survey, but a more in-depth detailed report of the responses.
University officials have heard the concerns of our students, and
provided feedback on a
number of issues related to the Spring 2007 survey.
