Test Center Rules

• Photo ID required.
   

• Children are not permitted in the testing room.
   

• No food or beverages in the testing room.
   

• Only items designated by the instructor on the test request forms will be permitted in the room (pencils, calculator, etc.).
   

• No “In/Out”. Students remain seated until test is completed. If a student leaves the room to use the restroom, the time of of the room cannot be made up.
   

• Students requiring special arrangements (i.e. time extensions, added materials, etc.) must have written permission from the instructor.
   

• All cellular phones and pagers must be turned off during testing.
