Graduation and Commencement Information

Graduation is an exciting time at Savannah State University as students’ accomplishments are celebrated throughout campus, culminating with a splendid yet solemn commencement ceremony. Degrees will be awarded only to students who meet academic standards and residency requirements of an academic college. Degrees are conferred formally at commencement exercises at the end of the Fall and Spring Semesters.
