The major ity of Social and Behavioral Sciences courses and activities are hosted in William K. Payne Hall, an academic building named for one of the former presidents of Savannah State University. Payne Hall boasts two computer labs on both the 1st and 2nd levels of the structure as well as faculty lounge and "the Payne Reliever," the student accessible lounge.
