SSUNAA Annual Honors and Awards
NAFEO Recipients
Each year, the National Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher
Education (NAFEO) provides an opportunity for historically black colleges to
recognize alumni for outstanding achievement in their careers and community
involvement. The nominees receive the honor of NAFEO Distinguished Alumni,
which is awarded during a special Awards Luncheon at the annual conference.
Savannah State University nominated the following alumni for the 2006 NAFEO
