Leadership Development Center Goals

The Leadership Resource Center has launched many creative, reflective, and experiential initiatives focused on leadership and its tenets. The goals of these programs are to:

1. Help students strengthen their leadership knowledge, skill, and effectiveness through service-learning, seminars, and retreats that examine leadership models and principles.
    

2. Provide resources related to leadership, character, values, and ethics to students, faculty, and staff. 
    

3. Offer experiences and opportunities that highly engage students in campus life, whereby students become satisfied with their collegiate experience and persist to graduation.
    

4. Help student develop a set of values and ethics that help them to become principled citizens during and after college.
