The Work Order Station manages and controls the resources allocated to the Physical Plant for the operation and maintenance of campus facilities.  It functions as the single point of contact for the campus community to request  all physical plant services. It is here that all maintenance and repair requests are first reviewed.  The scope of work is assessed, priorities determined, and work orders are issued to the appropriate shops for scheduling.

For all non-emergency maintenance or repairs request please visit our online maintenance system . Request should be submitted by building coordinators only .

Emergency Request

Report promptly, emergency failures to the Work Order Station at 356-2266, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  If failures occur after hours, please notify Campus Police at 356-2186 and the appropriate personnel will be notified .  Inoperable locks from a key malfunction, broken windows that renders the room unsecured, failing ceilings from a plumbing leak, or loss of power are emergencies.
