Building Maintenance 

The Building Maintenance shop provide services to maintain and repair all facilities throughout campus.  This service includes electrical systems, carpentry and painting.  They also perform a considerable amount time renovating existing facilities.  These installations are most often involve renovation projects.  In addition, Building Maintenance shop provides preventive maintenance and minor repair on all thirty-nine (39) campus roofs, high voltage and low voltage power systems.
